LEAVE THE MAN ALONE!!!

Well it seems that the internationally beloved actor, comedian, and humanitarian Jerry Lewis has found himself in the news again.

Once again he has raised the hair on the back of the homo community hound dogs. In an interview on an Australian television station, while being asked about the game of "cricket," he said that it was a "fag" game.

Of course, this got picked up by Breitbart, Drudge, and probably many other news outlets. You can look at the article if you want to here: GO AHEAD AND CRUCIFY A GOOD MAN (my title).

The line that really gives me the reds in this article is:

"Last year, Mr. Lewis apologized for using an anti-gay slur on live television, and expressed his desire to raise public awareness about the impact of this kind of defamation," GLAAD president Neil G. Giuliano said in a statement.

"Clearly he did not take the lessons of that unfortunate episode to heart because, in an effort to be humorous, he has once again managed to offend and defame the gay community," he said.

"For someone so well known for helping others, Mr. Lewis shows an incredible lack of dignity and respect when he makes comments that contribute to a climate of intolerance," Giuliano added.

Well, Mr. Giuliano...Thanks for showing yourself to be the jackass that you are!

If I had to take my tablet, and write down the names of the "Top Ten Celebrity Good Guys," Jerry Lewis would be near, or at the top. I have watched Jerry my whole life raise gozillions of dollars for MDA. I have watched him for several years struggle through his Telethon...often wondering if he was going to kick the bucket on the stage.

Jeepers, what has happened to us?

The Lebanese Danny Thomas established St. Jude's. Nobody would try to link Danny with Hamas. But, this Jew, Jerry Lewis (he's a Jew, so he must hate every homosexual on the planet), has given his life to helping the handicapped. Yet, a weak-kneed jerk like Giuliano can make hay from his anti-PC use of the term "fag."...hey...maybe Jerry wants to be a part of the final solution to wipe out homos!!!

Why don't you just shut up Mr. Giuliano, and accept the fact that older folks that were born in another era might once in a while use the term "FAG?"

I would bet you, Mr. Giuliano, that Jerry has had managers, producers, co-stars, friends, relatives, and others that he loves very much that are "gay."

Why can't you give some grace to old folks that grew up in an era when African-Americans were "niggers," Jews were "Kikes," Redneck white southerners were "Crackers," and homosexuals were "fags."

You should be ashamed of yourself for picking on an old American hero. Shame on you!
