INSPIRATION DAY ON THE BLOG

Hey y'all. No foolishness, or politics (wait, that's the same thing) today on the blog. Just inspirational stuff.

Some of these have been around for a long time and you may have seen them, but maybe not. These are just some of my favorite stories of people that have truly overcome adversity.

Their stories can make you feel awfully small. But hopefully they'll inspire us all to do more with what we have. Lord knows I need that, and you probably do too.

A blind boy that sees with his ears...a guitarist with no arms...a football player with no legs...an unlikely basketball star...and one heckuva powerful testimony. About 30 minutes of video altogether. If you don't have time for it all, pick at least one or two. Enjoy the inspiration...and pass it on!

Editorial note: Some of these stories are about black folks. At the risk of more ugly-talking comments from "Mr. Anonymous" about my (let me get my word book...) affection for black folks, I included them anyhow.
