MIDGET WRESTLING...

Obama & Hillary meet in the "squared circle."

I've been watching with more satisfaction than is Christian as my man Hillary, and Barack duke out this Democrat Primary. It reminds me of "midget wrestling." It's funny to watch...but kind of sad too.

Who would have thought that the US would find itself faced with the prospect that either Hillary or Obama might one day command the greatest military force in history? These people might possibly be the least qualified pair to ever come down to the finish line of a major party nomination race in the history of the US.

Whatever happened to the good old days when someone actually had to have accomplished something in their life to qualify for our highest office?

It looks like Obama pretty well has it in the bag...but anything can happen I reckon. Just ask Ron Brown, or Vince Foster...

The flip-side (and also sad part) of the deal is that the Republicans don't have a larger than life candidate either. But as this thing plays out, I believe that the public at large is starting to realize that McCain is at least trustworthy, and well able to command our armed forces.

John's not a giant...maybe just a "dwarf among midgets." But I'd put my money on McCain.
