I MIGHT JUST SIGN ON FOR THIS!

Okay, so a bright young Pastor of a big church in Grapevine, TX has challenged every married couple in his congregation to have sex on 7 straight days. Man...just 7?

When I came across this story on Drudge, it linked to an East Texas television website. The name "Pastor Ed Young" was familiar to me. I don't know Ed Young personally, but his Dad is the Pastor of a large Southern Baptist Church in Houston. His Daddy, Ed Young, Sr., is married to the sister of the preacher that tied the knot for me and The Mrs. (Dr. Barry Landrum...not to be confused with this other "Barry" we got now).

He was the nicest guy you'd ever come across...funny (coulda been a standup comic)...loving...caring, and tied that knot real tight. I think those folks know a little bit about marriage, because no matter how hard I try to get The Mrs. to leave me, she just hangs in there.

After looking at Ed Young Jr.'s proposal, I think it's a good idea...a darned good idea.

I just wonder if I can start after Thanksgiving. I tend to doze off pretty early on Thanksgiving...
