Well, I was visiting a blog today that I go to regularly. Some commenter was proposing that America is hopeless, because God doesn't play favorites when it comes to conservatism, or liberalism, (that's what he was saying, more or less...and I was going to really explain to him how he was starting from a skewed point of view, etc).
I had the most amazing stem-winder all fixed up in my head to completely blow his stupid arguments out of the water...using the Bible and everything.
You know...the nice thing about living in a house built in 1948 is that it has a certain Southern charm...and it's paid for. But the bad thing about it is that the plumbing tends to back up on you occasionally.
As I was about to give y'all my thoughts, and wisdom on this...you guessed it...
It is really nice here in Louisiana today. The sun is shining. The cool breeze is blowing!
It is about four degrees, and fortunately for me, the warmest place outside is underneath the house.
So, while handling the task at hand, my profound thoughts that would have changed your life slipped away from me while I was cussing at the floor boards, and dodging Romex.
Anyway...the back bathroom drain works now. You all will just have to wait for me to regain my Christianity, and then I'll enlighten you...
