Yet, BarackO' refuses to do so. Hmmm....I wonder why... The arguments are interesting, and the whole article is worth a read. But what is more interesting to me is just how easy this mess is to fix.
When my oldest son wanted to get a drivers license, we had somehow misplaced his birth certificate. We drove three miles to the Louisiana Department of Vital Statistics...gave them oral information about his birth, a "hospital" birth record, and his high school yearbook (verifying his approximate age). In 30 minutes we came back, and they had a certified copy of his birth certificate.
That same certified copy was used by him to enlist in the US Air Force (you have to present one of those to serve in the military, you know). It's just about good and dadgum time for BarackO' to clear this mess up once and for all. Just take your stinkin' birth certificate into court...present it for authentication...and get on about the business of screwing up America for good, would ya'?
2nd US soldier in Iraq challenges elegibility
Another U.S. soldier on active duty in Iraq is joining a challenge to President Obama's eligibility to be commander-in-chief, citing WND's report on 1st Lt. Scott Easterling, who has agreed to be a plaintiff in a lawsuit over the issue, as his inspiration.
"I was inspired by 1LT Easterling's story and am writing you to inform you that I would like to be added as a plaintiff against Obama as well if you feel it would help your case," said the soldier, identified for this report only as a reservist now on active duty in Iraq.
His letter was directed to California attorney Orly Taitz who, along with her DefendOurFreedom.us Foundation, is working on a series of legal cases seeking to uncover Obama's birth records and other documents that would reveal whether he meets the requirements of the U.S. Constitution.
Easterling, who confirmed separately to WND that he is questioning Obama's authority, wrote to Taitz that, "As an active-duty officer in the United States Army, I have grave concerns about the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the office of president of the United States."
A President has to prove 14 years of residency in the U.S.A. but the Certification of Live Birth of Barack Hussein Obama gives a legal notice of:

which proves he received it in or after November 2001. Can he prove 14 years residency requirement prior to election?
