BIG SATURDAY!

Well, we've got the first full slate of College Football games today. I'm anticipating grand entertainment and some interesting match ups.

Here is you a schedule!

Oklahoma meets up with Brigham Young at the new Jerry Jones Stadium in Arlington. I'm anticipating a close one until half-time, with OU eventually breaking out.

The University of Louisiana at Monroe takes on the #2 Texas Longhorns. That should be a real cliff-hanger. I'm anticipating a close one until the opening kickoff.

My Louisiana Tech Bulldogs travel to Auburn. While I'm an SEC homer, I am also a Tech fan...watch out for 'em...they're better all the time, and have a habit of pulling off big upsets.

And my beloved LSU Tigers travel to Seattle to take on The Washington Huskies. (As an interesting note, this is the longest road trip in the history of LSU football. But I think they took an airplane, so they shouldn't be too worn out to murder the worthless Huskies.) If LSU does not completely destroy Washington, Les Miles will need more protection than Obama.

The grass has slowed down growing, so I'm not yard-working...I'm gonna enjoy the day!

And by the way...

  4. OK,

Oklahoma may be out of the running... overrated early. BYU always seems to show good, but can never pull it off in the stretch.

Texas is in deep doo doo. If they let Monroe score 20, I hate to see what will happen against a good team.

LSU... overrated! They are always hyped, rarely that good. True again this year.

Ohio State better pick it up!
