Mike Pence...Nyuk! (Updated)

Update: I mistakenly identified Congressman Mike Pence as a Congressman from Arizona. I was working from an obviously terrible brain platform, which collapsed while in deconstruction. Pence is from Indiana, not Arizona. Of course, both States begin (and end) with vowels...so it is completely understandable that I could get them confused.

Dadman gently pointed out my folly in the comments! He's that kinda guy.

I love Arizona Indiana Congressman, Mike Pence. In fact, I think he is the kind of man that the Republican Party should be getting behind in a big-time way.

I could be wrong, but I think he's I'm pretty sure he's not Dadman's US Representative.

And, as this video proves, he's not just "right" on the issues, he's also a pretty funny dude...

  1. Unfortunately, my rep is Democrat Harry Mitchell...and I've already informed him I'll be campaigning against his arse in the next election...

  2. Sorry to hear that Dadman. For some reason, I thought he was your Rep.

Oh, I know...it was that time that you and Momwoman had dinner with Mike and his wife that confused me.

Man, it must really suck to have a Dem. representing you in Congress. Work hard against his arse...

  3. Pence is from Indiana and, as you may recall, I live in Arizona where temperatures have finally (and mercifully) dipped below triple digits.

And my wife and I attended a dinner event with Rep. Jeff Flake (of Arizona) a few months ago. Flake and I also attended the same university, earned the same degree, and graduated at the same time. In spite of all this, Pence is still funny. :)

  4. Well, crud Dadman! My memory is obviously completely GONE! I was thinking that Pence was an AZ Congressman...Flake is the one that I really like. But I like Pence, too...there are some really good guys in the bullpen.

Oh man...I gotta check behind myself before posting ignorant junk.

Excuse me while I go wipe egg off my face.

  6. I know the feeling. The rep for my district in CO is a democrap, and I will be supporting his opponent, since this rep(tile) responded to my concerns on crap'n tax and hellthcare with a form letter that said absolutely nothing. He's voting for both, and that's enough for me to vote to throw the bum out.
