Those wacky Brits...

I have seen a few like this.  Some are better, but this one kinda' tickled me.

The Royal Dragoon Guards at Al Faw base in Iraq.

  1. I saw this a while back and was embarrassed for those of us in the profession of arms. There's "wacky," and then there's stoopid. I'm bein' kind here. You shoulda read some of the comments on a couple o' milblogs I follow. NOT nice. At all. Just sayin'.

  2. Interesting, Buck. Our perspective certainly does color our thinking on things, eh?

Thanks for weighing in. I wonder if the "stoopid" is directed at the troops for doing it, or the Superiors for allowing it. Or both?

  3. Stoopid or not, you just have to marvel at the boundless ingenuity of soldiers to entertain themselves.

And, at least they were Brits. With unusual undies.
