Just what I always wanted!!!

.

Okay, so The Mrs. signed up on The Facebook® a good while back. And, she has enjoyed the heck out of it, too!

Not too long in to her The Facebook® life she took up farming on The Farmville®. Seems that a lot of her kinfolks, friends, etc. do them some heavy duty virtual farming. Now, she is a country gal trapped in town anyway. I mean, she grows a mean vegetable garden when it's not a bazillion degrees (like this year), and loves her some rural junk when we escape the 'hood.

And, I figured that The Farmville® is a pretty innocent pastime. I mean, a lot of guys wives hit the online casinos, or the beefcake dating websites. So...virtual farming is something that a good husband ought encourage. So, one day she said, "I need a few more neighbors on Farmville, but I can't seem to find any."

Being the good husband that I am, I told her to just log on to my The Facebook® account, sign me up, and then she could play both hands against the middle. She could raise up whatever crop she needed on my The Farmville®, and ship it on over to her Farm, or whatever. She took me up on it...and I'll tell y'all...her Farm has grown exponentially since she started conspiring with herself.

Anyway, if you have any The Facebook® friends that Farm, you know that you get at least four thousand little notifications every day about what they're giving, needing, buying, or stealing off other Farmvillians.

Well, tonight I came in from work, and as is my habit, checked my computer letters, online terminal, and finally The Facebook®.

Lookie here what The Mrs. dun sont me!!!

I swear, that was just so dang thoughtful of her.  I mean, it's just what I always wanted!!!

Well, I'd better let y'all go, and go ahead on and get it before it "runs out."  I'm thinking better in a bag than just kinda leaking everywhere.

Virtual Farming is messy business, ya' know.

  4. I wonder if the Mrs, Obama sent a virtual fertilizer to the Mr. Obama. If not, perhaps we could correct that omission with a bag of the real deal! For the White House truck patch, of course.

Do you suppose anyone in the White House knows what a truck patch is?
