Big event coming up next Sunday.

Just a reminder to y'all that Sunday, Sept. 5 is my birthday.  So, I don't want none of y'all forgetting again this year.

I could use a new wallet (tri-fold please with the clear fold for a driver's license), and a belt clip case for my cell phone (it's a Nokia).  I'm good on neckties, but I could use a new pair of navy Dockers, and some underwear (Men's medium).  I could use some colored T-shirts, too (no pockets).

Aw heck, to make it easier on y'all, why don't you just send me a WalMart gift card so I can pick out what I really want.

That's it.  Y'all have a great what's left of the weekend!  I love y'all, and send my appreciation for your gifts in advance.

  3. You know what Mom used to say... "wish in one hand and **** in the other... see which one fills up first." Well, I *think* that was Mom. Might've been Dad, tho. ;-)

  4. It was Mom. I've heard it a million times, but in her version no *s were necessary.

So, I guess I'll put you down for a gift card, too. You guys are too kind.

  5. I was offended when you used the non-PC term for African American. NO gifts from me for your lack of sensitivity.

  6. I'll go and buy a WM card for you but I'm going to keep it since It's Pat and mine's 29th anniversery on Monday next, the day after yer berfday. Matter of fact, I need to buy 2 'cause her berfday is on toosday next the day after we were married! That was smart wasn't it! Never forgotten either one of them! Anyway, happy berfday next week man!

  8. I have informed Andy that he will be purchasing his own drawers. It's not a really gifty gift, now is it?

  10. Dadman, pay no attention to Pam. Undies are the perfect gift for the man that has everything.

Especially Spideyman...or Power Rangers. Just sayin'...

  11. Well, since I didn't see this until the day aftr my birthday, I'll just pretend that you sent me a WM gift card and you can pretend that I sent you one, too!

Besides, you almost killed me with that "tearjerker" on the day after my birthday. That would've really sucked.
