COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Columbus Mayor Michael Coleman has made good on a bet placed with his Louisiana counterpart over last week's national championship game. Coleman wore a white LSU jersey to a recent City Council meeting. He says he wore the jersey in mourning and in great disappointment.
Coleman and Mayor Kip Holden of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, agreed to the wager in New Orleans on January 6th -- the day before LSU trounced Ohio State, 38-24.
