You don't ever really know where to come down on stuff like this. The article does a good job of presenting both sides of the story. But, I don't know...he's alot bigger and tougher than she is. I'm not a cop, and don't know what they go through, but I think I could have settled this gal down without fisticuffs (even if she was drunk).
