I heard something funny on the news this morning. The reporter was interviewing a spokesman for the Ethics Panel in Louisiana about some proposed "clarifications" of the new Louisiana ethics laws.The guy told the reporter, "We just tryin' to make sure all our 'T's are dotted, and our 'I's is crossed."
