ANOTHER GREAT PICTURE...

Well, there you go! I have been telling y'all for a long time that President Bush is not a racist. If it was Bill Clinton kissing this little girl I would have put a "smart tailed" caption underneath it.

But this is W.

He is in New Orleans meeting with the presidents of the Mexicans and the Canuks. This 16-year-old girl (Helen Meridy, who is a student at Easton High in The Big Easy) came out to meet our President when he landed at Louis Armstrong Airport. Bush gave her a big old smack on the cheek.

I have no doubt that she will remember it her whole life...and that W will, too! I understand that President Bush remembers everyone he ever meets (first and last names), and cares deeply about the fact that he is responsible to protect all of them.

With all the disagreements, aggravation, and frustration I have had with President Bush, I can honestly say that I have great respect for the man.

I don't think that there is a malicious bone in his body...a hateful thought in his heart...or a chance in hell that he'll ever cheat on Laura.

I can't say that about our last president...
