GOT THE BIG-HEAD?

Me, the Mrs., and #3 son went to Romanos' Macaroni Grill for lunch on Friday. Ooohhh...if you have one of those where you live, give it a try.

Their food is great! My favorite menu item is the Eggplant Parmesan. Next to the Mrs.' recipe, it is the best in the country. I ain't kidding. The Mrs. makes an eggplant parmesan that is truly world class...it's so good you just can't quit. Y'all can trust me on this...I am an eggplant commonsewer.

And I'll tell you, we had the cutest young little gal as a waitress. She was just as pretty as a picture, and funny, and helpful. I tried to get #3 son to get her phone number for himself, but I guess he was shy about being charming with his folks right there.

But she was short (probably no more than 5'). Bless her heart, the booths at Romanos' are elevated about a foot off the main floor. And it would be hard for a tall person to reach all the way over to fill up water glasses...so she was just having a devil of a time trying to reach everything on our table in the booth.

She said something like, "I'm vertically challenged...it sure would be nice to be two inches taller."

So I came across this article about this Doctor in Spain that has come up with a way to make you two inches taller. But the ignorant thing about it is that it makes your head two inches higher. He cuts your head open, stuffs some silicone in there, sews you back up, and probably charges you a zillion pesos.

Now, what kind of ignorant bubble-head deal is that? This guy can make you two inches taller, and at the same time make you look like a dookiefied idiot!

I know that some people would like to be taller, but heck...why don't this guy work on adding a piece to a gals' legs or something? I think I'd rather stretch out on "the rack" than be a bubble-head boy.

I was thinking about that cute little gal, and how stupid she would look if her head was all stretched up. Her arms wouldn't be any longer...wouldn't help her one bit.

Somebody has got to be pretty low on their self to do this...it's ignorant...
