A BIRD IN THE ENGINE IS...WELL...

Okay, I stole this from CosmicConservative. Do you know what kind of damage a large bird (or a large object of any kind) can do to a jet engine?

    I can't see what they threw in there. It just all of the sudden explodes. But, DANG.

    TD: Yea, you can't see what it is, but it's the orange-colored thingy. When that big rascal gets spinning fast I figure the bearings get to shimmying...and DANG!

    I think this was a test by GE engineers, but I'm not sure.
