LOUISIANA democrats BRING "ETHICS" CHARGES AGAINST SENATOR DAVID VITTER!

Yes, my friends, "unethical behavior" by US Senator David Vitter (R-LA) is once again being challenged by the Louisiana democrat party.

No, it's not whores this time. David Vitter has had the audacity to actually SHOW UP AT "TOWN HALL" MEETINGS DURING THE CONGRESSIONAL RECESS! Merciful Lord, what will he do next?

This story is a few days old, but I'm just now getting around to it. It seems that the Louisiana democrat party has lodged an ethics complaint with the US Senate against David Vitter. This article from Roll Call 'splains the complaint pretty well.

When I first heard about the ethics complaint, I nearly spewed tater tots (from last week) laughing.

Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha...spew...hmmmm......

I have recently told y'all that Senator Vitter is using his August recess to travel around the State of Louisiana holding "town hall" meetings. Unlike his feckless counterpart in the Senate, Mary Landrieu (D-LA), and Louisiana's only democrat US Representative, Charlie Melancon, he is not afraid to face the people that pay his salary in "Town Hall" meetings over the issue of BozObama's health care power grab.

This has become a true source of embarrassment for the democrats. So, the only way for them to fight back is to lodge charges that Senator Vitter is using public money (by going to these town hall meetings on the public dime) as a means to campaign for his own re-election.

So, let's address this.

1) Name me ONE politician that does not use EVERY public appearance as an opportunity to campaign? Okay...you might find a few instances under extreme circumstances that a pol didn't give a flip about the next election...but the charge is ludicrous!

2) The complaint states that Vitter actually disparaged US Representative Charlie Melancon (D-LA) (who according to the article "may challenge Vitter for his Senate seat in 2010").

OH NO! Now how un-American is that??? To point out that retards who believe in socialized medical care are way wrong (and who are too chicken to hold even ONE meeting with their constituents over the August recess to even say "yea," or "nay" on the issue) is way wrong and chicken...well, that surely deserves a good slap-down by the wise and all-knowing Harry Reid and circus clown Al Franken!

The accusations are frivolous. At the base of them is the the pee-pants fear of Melancon...and most democrats for that matter. They are wee weeing over the spot that BozObama, and Nanny P have put them. They are screwed from both ends over this health care deal.

As to the basis of the charges...that Vitter is lashing out against a "potential opponent"...well, as of now, Melancon has not announced that he will challenge Vitter in the 2010 Senate race. He has not established an "exploratory committee" in order to raise money for a potential bid. Actually, at this point no one has done that. So that means that EVERY resident of Louisiana is a "potential opponent."

What is Vitter to do? Should he not take shots at anyone who is on the retard side of this debate? Heck, he might go after Blotardo Uncle Teddy in a speech, or while answering a question. Teddy's wife is from Louisiana...and he might relocate here just to run against Vitter. While answering a question from one of his employers (the tax paying voter) he might take a shot at Jimbo Carville for some of his idiotic comments on CNN. Jimbo is a Louisiana resident...who just "possibly" could, maybe, by some odd chance, not a chance in hell run against Vitter.

The truth is that Melancon doesn't have the stones to run against Vitter...and the whole "ethics complaint" is an attempt by the Chairman of the Louisiana democrat party to save his job. Chris Whittington has been under heavy fire since the Republicans waxed his bunch in the last State-wide and National elections. Many in the Louisiana democrat party have screamed to give him the big "heave-ho!"

I have a suspicion that the democrats are planning to "Palin" Senator Vitter. I suspect that since there is no viable democrat in the State of Louisiana to challenge him, they have chosen the "bankrupt him" strategy...distract him...make his life a miserable hell...force him to raise money to defend himself, etc.

But I gots some nuz for y'all! Vitter done stared FAIL square in the face (in the mirror btw), and all the untrue crud you can fling at David will never match the "true" crud he has dealt with.

And that's all I've got to say about that...
