Tech Support

My three oldest sons all worked at one time or another for a large "call center" in Shreveport. They did support for Sprint, some small broadband isp's, and for Gateway Computers.

It is mind-bending work, and one must be suited for it, or it will drive you crazy! The employee "turn-over" rate is astounding...as you can imagine if you have ever tried to help someone with little or no knowledge of techie stuff. (Like when my boys have to help me with computer junk)

I saw this over at CosmicConservative, and just stole it without asking. I have printed out a copy of it, and scotch-taped it to the credenza next to my monitor.
