Just Andy's Place... Just what Andy believes, what Andy thinks, where Andy lives, who (and what) Andy loves, and who Andy IS! ...IT'S ALL ABOUT ME, DANGIT!!!
This is the kind of hero that make it easy to stand up and salute. I'm sure there are units like his in both Armys that serve to save others. MUD
ReplyDeleteAndy, thank you for acknowledging the British. (I was born in London, my parents emigrated to the US when I was a child) My cousin's 20 year old son's regiment is leaving for Afghanistan this week. They were scheduled to leave in January but things have been stepped up by the British. Someone tell Obama.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you and your family escaped your awful weather. My husband got the snow blower primed this weekend. We know what's coming. Deanna & Sophie
Hi Deanna, & Sophie the wonder dog! The Brits are a tough bunch. I, for one, am proud to have their lads serving alongside our troops.
ReplyDeleteHeroes...one and all, for sure. If you are in contact with your cousin, (I guess, your second cousin...or first cousin once removed? I can never get that straight) please give him our love, thanks, and prayers.
Heroes, one and all!
MUD, Yep!
It make my heart ache.
ReplyDeleteSixty IEDs....that translates to how many soldiers saved thanks to him?
I salute him.
God bless him and his family.
