Heh! I thought Basil lived off up in Georgia!

Obviously, I was wrong. Seems that our good buddy, Basil is running for Goober of Tennessee!

    There's a guy who's running for something here in Canadian County who could be his twin brother.

    So we now have the candidate from the short bus. I'd take him over Obama in a heartbeat -- at least he seems "nice."

    He spells his name the same, but pronounces it all wrong. He says "BAY-zil" like the herb (ERB). Everyone knows the name (derived from the Greek) is properly pronounced "BAZ-il"

    Silly politician.
