Sigh...

Walt sent me this truly bizarre picture, and I am not creative enough to come up with anything to say about it.

I can't even "Caption" it.

Maybe y'all can do something with it.

  3. - Proof of early Southern multitasking.

    - The KKKarnival was a big hit, but oddly enough, the tunnel of love was renamed the underground railroad.

  4. Just one point about the Triple K. The second coming of the Klan was from California. If memory serves, after the Republicans outlawed the Ku Klux Klan in the 1870s, it was re-established, in Sacramento in the early 1900s. The Southern Democrats did not re-embrace it until a few years later. Remember, the Klan never was limited to the South, it was only limited to the Democrat Party.

One of the biggest chapters ever was in Detroit.

  9. Dammit...I'm killing time in a public library and I'm likely to be kicked out for laughing at this picture! Even without the comments, I'm having to work hard at suppressing my giggles!

  10. Ain't it the truth, Mrs. Who!

When I saw this I was like, Jeepers! It's hilarious, and truly baffling.

I'm gonna have to look in to the origin of, and the story behind this. Seriously.
